All of the below challenges were derived from actual models that were part of the team CAD or some of my personal projects. They are representative of the sort of tasks that you would be expected to do as a member of the mechanical team.

 

There are three sections: Fabrication, Working with Components, and Putting it All Together. The last section is substantially more challenging than the others, and involves the type of creative thinking that is used during competition. Challenges in each section are listed in order of estimated difficulty. Be sure to put all of your work in a folder bearing your name in the team repository, under "training."
