1: Data allows you to see the files in the Fusion drive, People allows you to see the list of people
2: You can find CAD files online and upload them using the upload button, saving you a lot of work. Be careful where you create your folders, as they cannot be moved after being created.
3: You can insert files into other files, which is extremely useful (as you will find out later). The files you insert will be linked with a chain icon, so they will auto-update if you update the original file. They cannot be modified from the file you inserted them in. You can break the link, but try not to do so as it makes files harder to maintain.
